If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to mysite.com.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to mysite.com, accessible from mysite.com
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order only if it has not yet been dispatched. Once the Order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and can only be processed for a refund, subject to the return and refund conditions outlined below.

We will confirm cancellation eligibility based on the dispatch status of your order.

If eligible, we will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day We approve the cancellation. We will use the same payment method You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Limitations of Liability and Refund Eligibility

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this policy and Your exclusive remedy shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy, or any other loss arising from or related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software, or third-party hardware used with the Service). This includes any losses from receiving a product that differs from the product image, title, or description, as minor variations may occur.

Given the nature of our business model—where products are sourced from external providers for direct fulfillment—we do not maintain the infrastructure to process physical returns. If You are dissatisfied with a product, your sole remedy will be to request a refund. The amount refunded will be based on the remaining funds available to Us after the product cost from the external supplier has been covered, minus applicable deductions.

These deductions include, but are not limited to, convenience fees, payment processing fees, handling charges, and any other processing costs associated with fulfilling your order. Since We do not have direct control over product inventory, fulfillment, or returns, full refunds are not guaranteed in every case.

You are only eligible for a return or a refund if you provide a full video of unboxing the item. This video must clearly show the sealed packaging and the process of you opening the package. Videos that do not show the package in its sealed state or the full unboxing process will not be accepted as valid proof for return or refund eligibility.
